This Privacy Policy describes how Nova Shipping Bar (the "App") collects, uses, and shares information when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Shop Domain: Used to identify your store and save your custom shipping bar settings.
• Customer Data: We do NOT collect or store individual customer data. We only access cart totals to determine if a customer qualifies for free shipping based on the rules you set.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to:

• Provide the shipping bar functionality.
• Save and apply your styling and threshold preferences.
• Communicate with you for support purposes.

Data Retention

When you uninstall the App, we automatically delete all data associated with your shop domain from our database within 24-48 hours via Shopify webhooks.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
